This 5 day Jump Start Challenge is designed to cleanse your body and change your daily eating habits, so you’re ready to take on your workout program with more energy. Use this jump-start weight loss program to shift your metabolism into high gear. Pay close attention to what you eat and drink, as well as how much, and give it your all during the workout.

 

Get started on Monday, see results by Friday.

Of course, you can start this plan any day of the week. Simply follow the meal suggestions in our 5-day guide and workout following the recommended schedule. You’ll need to do at least one workout every day. WHen you feel like doing more, do a stretch workout. If you’re lacking energy, do at least 20 minutes. If you stick with the plan, it’s possible you could lose up to 10 lbs and 10 inches in 5 days!
